Alper Ahmet is a Managing Broker at Right at Home Realty's Burlington branch. Licensed since 2008, he has worked through every type of market cycle and understands both buyers' and sellers' markets. His experience, combined with a strong focus on technology and systems, drives his mission: to help real estate agents build consistent, profitable and scalable businesses.
Before joining Right at Home, Alper managed at REMAX Realty Specialists in Mississauga, starting in 2022. There he introduced new technology, modern lead generation systems and structured coaching, and helped the office become the #1 office in Peel Region for multiple years.
Alper specializes in online lead conversion, scripting, social media and database (SOI) strategy. He blends proven coaching methods with practical, real-world execution, helping agents gain momentum quickly and build long-term consistency. His hands-on coaching style gives agents the tools, accountability and confidence to succeed at every stage of their business.
Known for being approachable, responsive and results-driven, Alper gives agents the structure and support they need to thrive in a competitive industry.

Meet the managing brokers
Leading Burlington with Lynn Moreira.
Lynn earned her Salesperson registration in 2009 and joined Right at Home Realty in 2016 as Branch Administrator in Burlington. She was promoted to Senior Branch Administrator in 2017 and Assistant Manager in 2020 after earning her Broker designation. In 2021 she earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, and she now serves as Managing Broker.
She leads with integrity, empathy and a deep commitment to her agents' growth. Together, Lynn and Alper make sure you're never on your own.
